Pakistan Insulated Whole Nation By Hoisting Indian Flag Upside Down
While Indian government it's self not respecting Indian National symbol then, how could government expect that rest of the world will give respect to our National symbols.
During Home Minister P Chidambaram's meeting with his Pakistani counterpart Rehman Malik in Islamabad on Saturday, the Indian tricolour was displayed upside down, which created a flutter at the meeting.
Mr. Chidambaram spotted the error and brought it to the notice of Malik, who regretted the incident and asked it to be corrected.
"I detected the mistake and he (Malik) corrected the mistake. I told Malik about it and he was extremely regretful of that," Chidambaram told reporters.
Mr. Minister said "I think it's a minor mistake and I don't think we should make much of it. The flag was put right...," he said.
We like to remind Mr. Chidambaram that back in 2005 also Indian flag on Musharraf's plane was also upside down.
Reacting to the diplomatic faux paus by Pakistani hosts, BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar told reporters that it could have been "avoided" if the officials were more "serious" and "alert".
We like to tell Mr. Prakash Javadekar that "problem with Indian government is they take these kind of national interest and pride issues as granted.
Act like these not only insulting every citizen of this country but also our forefathers who had laid down their lives for us, so that we can hosting Indian flag with pride.
And Home Minister of the this country call it a minor mistake !!
